High School Golf Team Prep Course

The High School Golf Team Prep Course gives the junior golfer an opportunity to train like the best players in the world under professional supervision. The program will enable the junior golfer to develop coordination, balance, stability, functional movements, strength and flexibility in order to play competitive golf. It is HIGHLY recommended that the golfer’s swing coach be involved in the process.; The program includes:

  • 3-D Swing analysis with Kinematic Sequence
  • 11 page Skill Check report
  • Bio feedback swing session
  • Golf specific physical/functional evaluation
  • Report of findings, workout design and workout session with a GBPC personal trainer.
  • Strength measurements
  • Club evaluation
  • Personal golf fitness training sessions every two weeks (26 sessions)
  • Physical re-evaluation every 8-12 weeks

The first session will take approximately 2-2.5 hours. Golf attire is recommended. Personal training sessions are 50 minutes.

College Golf Team Prep Course

The College Golf Team Prep Course gives the competitive golfer an opportunity to train like the best players in the world under professional supervision. The program will enable the player to develop coordination, balance, stability, functional movements, strength and flexibility in order to play competitively at the college level. It is HIGHLY recommended that the golfer’s swing coach be involved in the process.; The program includes:

  • 3-D Swing analysis with Kinematic Sequence
  • 11 page Skill Check report
  • Bio feedback swing session
  • Golf specific physical/functional evaluation
  • Report of findings, workout design and workout session with a GBPC personal trainer.
  • Strength measurements
  • Club evaluation
  • Personal golf fitness training sessions every week (52 sessions)
  • Nutritional consultation
  • Periodization of workouts and tournaments
  • Physical re-evaluation every 8-12 weeks

The first session will take approximately 2-2.5 hours. Golf attire is recommended. Personal training sessions are 50 minutes.
