Golf Body Performance Center Staff
“My 16 yr old daughter who is 5’2” and 115 lbs started strength training at the Golf Body Performance Center in January of 2006. After about two and a half months of training she is now hitting her 6 iron approx. 150 yards, an increase of roughly 8-10 yards. She has now also incorporated a 3-metal with men’s regular flex shaft into the bag which she can carry approx 195 yards. The core fitness training she is receiving is helping her tremendously and I’m sure will lower her scores as she plays in higher level tournaments from much farther distances. -BM Helen Kurtin
